It was one of those story’s that fortunately captured the romantic in me… it was cute, with a good story. Every after reading the book and already knowing what was going to happen my emotions were all over the place. There’s a good chance I’ll regret giving into him later, but until then, I’m going to enjoy every second of it. The elusive billionaire media mogul is the man she’s always loved…yet he’s only ever had eyes for her sister. I don't know if the whole arraigned marriage aspect is my thing or not, but after listening to this book, I think I'll swerve the subgenre for a while.

It started off well, but then it just got way too repetitive, the over use of certain words started to really grate on me. He glances at me the way he does sometimes, as though he can see straight through my lies and deception, but he nods nonetheless. The language in the story was highly repetitive, the MMC was a spineless walkover, and the FMC was worse.Ares is a billionaire so I thought they’d do new couple activities together or go on extravagant trips.

Story line is more or less complete, but it would take a while till I publish the first few chapters! Lucy Rivers did a wonderful job with the narration but some of her female voices were hard to distinguish. Absolute madness, the narration is perfect, the storyline, yet a bit messed up is realistic and raw.The elusive billionaire media mogul is the man she’s always loved… yet he’s only ever had eyes for her sister. so yeah overall it was okay, go in without expecting the book to be great, it's just supposed to be what it is, an angsty, icky, melo-dramatic soap opera kinda book lol. I stood there, staring up at the giant mahogany doors of the villa as I felt a pool of wintry anxiety settle in the pit of my stomach. It's been nearly ten minutes since I had arrived and unlike normal people, who would have rung the doorbell ages ago, I just stood there, mentally wrestling a dilemma.

Can female authors please start writing about female lead characters more secure and empowered rather than the whiney woman we get in this book?
